Why do all plans show the same ¥5,500 initial price?

¥5,500 = activation fee + first month. Same for all plans. The monthly fee after that differs: 35GB = ¥2,150, 50GB = ¥2,330, 100GB = ¥2,750. Check each product page for details.

How do I pay monthly fees?

We send payment instructions via email. Pay through Messenger, WhatsApp, or monthly email link. We accept cards, bank transfer, SmartPit, PayPay, LINE Pay.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days via Japan Post or Yamato. Free shipping. Tracking number provided.

Does my phone need to be unlocked?

Yes. Phone must be SIM-free (unlocked). Phones bought from Apple, Samsung, or Google directly are usually unlocked.

Can I make phone calls?

What happens when I run out of data?

Speed reduced to 128–200kbps until next billing cycle. Still works for messaging, maps, email — just slower for streaming.

Can I use the SIM in a WiFi router?

Yes. Works in unlocked Pocket WiFi routers and mobile hotspots that support SoftBank bands (Band 1, 3, 8, 41).

Monthly vs Yearly — what's the difference?

Monthly: initial fee + monthly fee, cancel anytime. Yearly: one-time payment for 12 months, no recurring billing. Yearly is cheaper per month but less flexible.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Contact support to upgrade or downgrade. Changes apply next billing cycle. Same SIM card — no replacement needed.

How do I set up APN?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Notify before billing date (20th–25th). No cancellation fee. Initial fee non-refundable.
