APN SETTINGS - RAKUTEN SIM CARD

Since the Rakuten line signal is present, could you please verify the following operations for the usage of the SIM?

  1. Reinsert the SIM card.
  2. Perform the initial APN settings. Please note that past APN information might have been retained on the device, so delete the APN information and set it again.
Incorrect APN information input may cause internet connectivity issues.

*Rakuten SIM APN information:

  1. Verify SIM lock status.
If the device is SIM-locked to another carrier, it might not be usable.

  1. Restart the device and test on a different device.
